Lesson Pricing & Policies

Cancellation Policy:

• SELF-CANCELING: A lesson cancellation made with more than 24 hours notice will automatically qualify for a Make-up Lesson Credit. These credits can be used to schedule Make-up lessons  by using your DRMA account. 

• USING A MAKE-UP CREDIT: When you wish to use your credit(s), the available lesson times are first come, first served. Your regular instructor may or may not be available. You are welcome to, and are encouraged to schedule a lesson with any available instructor on staff.

• EXPIRATION: Make-up lesson credits are valid for 30 days after the initial cancellation (Subscription Credit Limit). If not used within 30 days, the credits will automatically expire. ALL unused Make-up Lesson Credits expire 30 days after a membership ends.

• LATE CANCELLATION: Cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice DO NOT qualify for a Make-up Lesson Credit (This includes being sick the day of a scheduled lesson).

• Make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled.

• Credits can not be applied towards membership tuition.

• No more than two (2) Make-up Lesson Credits can be pending at a time per membership.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Substitutions:

• If your current teacher is unable to teach a lesson, a substitute instructor will be arranged. Should you decide against a staff substitution, you must cancel with more than 24 hours notice. If canceled late (less than 24-hours), the lesson will be considered a “Late Cancel” and subject to forfeit whereby no credit shall be issued.

• If no substitute can be arranged, a Teacher Absence Credit will be issued to your account.  Teacher Absence Credits do not expire and do not count towards the Subscription Credit Limit.

• Regular lesson cancellation policy applies for lessons with substitute teachers. No Make-up Credits are issued for last minute substitutions.
