In the planning and design of Desert Ridge Music Academy, the owners based their business ideas to go against two flaws in the traditional lesson experience. First, lessons aren’t always enough. Students need a place to meet and perform with other musicians. Second and equally as important, the lessons need to happen in an environment that favors education over retail sales. With these key ideas in mind, Desert Ridge Music Academy was born.

Every aspect of building and growing the Academy has always been approached with the intent of living by our Mission Statement: Learn, Create, Perform.

Since opening our doors in 2008, not only have we consistently provided quality lessons for all ages and skill levels, but we also immediately began hosting weekly Jam Sessions, concerts and recitals on our in-house stage. Our one-of-a-kind environment has resulted in students forming their own bands, many of which can boast paying gigs. This, in conjunction with our carefully hand-picked staff, has made DRMA the fastest growing music facility in the Valley.
